Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at T1 Ammo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following guidelines:

Return Window:

Unopened Boxes of Ammunition: You may return unopened boxes of ammunition within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Opened Boxes of Ammunition: Opened boxes of ammunition may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit only.

Requirements for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Additionally:

The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Ammunition boxes must not have been tampered with or damaged in any way.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Customer Service: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (941) 366-6794 to initiate the return process.
Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in a box with appropriate padding to prevent damage during return shipping.
Label and Ship: Clearly label the package with your order number and ship it to:T1 Ammo

Refunds and Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact customer service. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure a smooth transition.

Exceptions:

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
