Can I pick up my order in the shop?

Yes! Please select the “Pick Up in Our Sarasota Location” option on the last page of the check out process. Please note that once you select this option, we are unable to ship your order if you change your mind. We will notify you by phone or e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. Please wait until we contact you before coming to the shop.

Do you have a storefront?

Not exactly. We’re a small shop and we ask that you please place your order online. See instructions above about picking up your order.

I’m having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?

You can log in to your account on the check out page or here. If you’re having trouble remembering your password, please reset it here. If you continue to have trouble, please reach out to a member of our team on our contact us page.

How long will my order take to ship/process?

Due to the increase in demand for ammo, please allow us 5-7 business days to ship your order. We ship all of our products through UPS Ground and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your order is out for shipping.

Do you restrict sales to certain states?

Yes. Due to regulations, we are unable to ship ammunition to some states. At this time, we are unable to ship our ammunition to the following states and cities: Alaska, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Hawaii, California, New York and Chicago.
